The Pursuit of God – Original Tozer

Simplified English still is not easy. It tests around Grade 8 depending on the chapters. The difference is that some of the sentences have been untangled and familiar words replace words that have gone out of fashion in the last 75 years. The WEB translation replaces the KJV quotes for more familiar language with the exception that the LORD is referred to as Yahweh.
